CWR works off of a ranking system, people building up seniority with
skill or experience. The ranks start with Lieutenant and go all the
way to Brigadier General.
NOTE ABOUT COMMENDATIONS: Any senior member can request someone be
commended, even if they themselves can not ceommend the person. Any
senior can also object to any commendation by any other officer, even
those that outrank them.
CWR is almost completely democratic, even
among regulars, so any requests by any CWR members will be considered
and discussed.
Clan Heirarchy goes as follows:
Brigadier General: Same as clan leader. Oversees
Clan operations, Heads Senior officers board, arranges matches, and
resolves Clan issues and disputes. Can commend any regular member to
any position short of Lieutenant General.
Major General: Deputy Clan leader. Has seniority
over all members of the clan except Brigadier General. Assists the
Brigadier General and usually takes the role of Sr. Battle Cmdr. Can
commend any regular member to any position short of General.
Lieutenant General: Main Generals. Oversee Clan
members and recruit new members. Can commend lieutenants to
Captains. They usually take the role of Offensive or Defensive
Commanders.
General: Regular Senior Officers. Are senior over
all regular members and can recruit new members as lieutenants, but
cannot commend them to higher ranks. Usually heads small batallions.
Colonel: Highest, most experienced and skillful
regular clan members.
Major: Well established, skilled regular clan
members.
Captain: Mainstay of the regular clan members.
Lieutenant: Early, somewhat inexperienced members.
Does not mean not talented, but a preliminary, short-lived rank.
